Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BPC Consultant to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) solutions. The candidate will work closely with Finance, FP&A;, and technical teams to deliver enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation initiatives.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions.
- Design SAP BPC standard and embedded models.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution blueprints.
- Collaborate with BW, S/4HANA, and technical teams.




- Support global budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Drive process standardization and best practices across business units.

Required Skills
- 8 to 10 years of SAP BPC experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP BPC 10.x / 11.x.
- Expertise in BPC Standard and Embedded Models.
- Experience in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Consolidation.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP BPC implementations.
- Experience in multi-country or multi-company planning environments.
- Solid stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.

Preferred Skills
- SAP BW / BW4HANA.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- ABAP, FOX formulas, and BPC scripting knowledge.
