Job Title: SAP Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and customize SAP Business One (SAP B1) modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, and Warehouse.
- Develop and maintain Crystal Reports for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, AR/AP, and Management reporting.
- Create and optimize SAP HANA SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Customize SAP B1 documents such as Invoices, Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders, and Credit Notes.
- Develop SAP B1 APIs and automation solutions to improve processes and reduce manual work.
- Provide day-to-day SAP B1 application, reporting, and integration support.
- Troubleshoot system and data-related issues and ensure smooth system performance.




- Understand business requirements and provide suitable SAP B1 solutions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and IT teams.
- Conduct user training and prepare SOPs and technical documentation.

Required Experience & Skills
- 35 years of experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Hands-on experience in SAP B1, Crystal Reports, SAP HANA SQL, and SAP B1 APIs.
- Good understanding of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, AR/AP, and Warehouse processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
