We are seeking a senior SAP ABAP on HANA Consultant to join our Offshore delivery team at E3.2 level. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for owning the technical design and delivery of complex ABAP on HANA developments on S/4HANA, including custom Fiori applications and BTP-based integration solutions. The role demands robust technical depth, to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions aligned with SAP's clean core principles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop ABAP on HANA solutions using CDS Views, AMDP, and code pushdown techniques

Build and consume OData services using SAP Gateway (SEGW) and RAP

Develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and support Launchpad configuration

Implement integrations using RFC, IDocs, BAPIs, ALE, and web services

Perform performance tuning & optimization using SQL Monitor, SAT, ATC





Ensure adherence to Clean Core and SAP extensibility standards

Reports/Enhancements: User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements, BTE

Interfaces: IDocs, RFC, APIs, REST/SOAP, file-based integrations

Conversions: LSMW, BDC, Migration Cockpit, custom programs

Forms: SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms

Workflows: SAP Business Workflow & Fiori My Inbox

Delivery & Support:

Participate in design (HLD/LLD), development, code reviews & unit testing

Support deployments and production (L2 support, RCA, SLA adherence)

Maintain technical documentation and coding standards

Collaborate with functional, BASIS, and global stakeholders"
