Role Summary :

We are seeking a visionary Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions while guiding a team of developers and administrators through successful project delivery. The role combines hands-on Salesforce technical expertise with team leadership, solution design, stakeholder coordination, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture &

- Design :
- Understand business and functional requirements and translate them into Salesforce solution designs.
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions using Salesforce configuration and custom development.
- Make appropriate decisions between declarative configuration and programmatic development.
- Develop and oversee solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and other platform capabilities.
- Design Salesforce data models, automation, security models, and application components.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce recommended architecture and development best practices.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and other technical resources.
- Allocate development activities based on project priorities and team capabilities.
- Provide technical direction and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical walkthroughs.
- Support team members in resolving complex Salesforce development and configuration issues.
- Establish coding standards, development practices, reusable components, and technical documentation standards.




- Mentor junior and mid-level team members and support their technical development.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the Salesforce team.

Salesforce Development &

- Platform Governance :
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security standards, and platform best practices.
- Review Apex code, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, triggers, and automation for quality and maintainability.
- Promote reusable and configurable solutions to reduce unnecessary customization.
- Monitor technical debt and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce implementations.

Release, DevOps &

- Production Support :
- Support Salesforce release management and deployment activities across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Work with source control and CI/CD tools for version management and automated deployments.
- Review deployment packages and ensure appropriate testing is completed before production releases.
- Support production incidents and coordinate root-cause analysis for critical issues.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, Triggers, and Salesforce configuration.




- Strong understanding of Salesforce object models, relationships, security, automation, and sharing architecture.
- Experience designing solutions across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud/CPQ/Revenue Cloud/Pardot/Marketing Cloud/Spiff.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Good understanding of asynchronous Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and platform events.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.
- Ability to convert business requirements into detailed technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring Salesforce developers and technical team members.
- Ability to manage technical tasks, priorities, and delivery commitments across a development team.
- Positive understanding of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage them to improve efficiency, productivity, and solution delivery across various phases of the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I / Salesforce Platform Developer II.
- Salesforce Administrator/Salesforce Platform App Builder.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to DevOps tools &
- CI/CD Pipelines (Copado, Gearset, etc.).
- Experience working with global teams across time zones.
