About The Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong background in Revenue Management and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management) to join our dynamic team at Forsys Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions that enhance our clients' revenue operations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems such as ERPs and middleware platforms. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, guide development teams, and drive innovative solutions to maximize business value. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 9 to 12 years of progressive experience in Salesforce enterprise solutions, with a specialized focus on Revenue Cloud and ARM. Proven expertise in implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing,



and related modules is essential.

Certifications such as Salesforce Certified System or Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or relevant Revenue Cloud certifications are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical acumen, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Data Extensions, and integration technologies like REST/SOAP APIs. Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and experience in leading cross-functional teams are critical to success.

A deep understanding of revenue lifecycle management, contract management, and financial data strategies is also required.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include leading the architecture and design of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. You will own the end-to-end technical delivery of Quote-to-Cash processes, including product catalog configuration, complex pricing models, order orchestration, automated billing, and revenue recognition.

Engaging with senior client stakeholders to understand their strategic goals, conducting gap analyses, and providing consultative guidance will be central to your role. You will create detailed technical documentation such as High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), and develop architectural diagrams to facilitate communication and implementation. Formulating data management strategies,



including master data management (MDM), data migration, and integration with ERP systems, is also part of your scope.

You will guide development teams in platform customization, scripting, and automation, ensuring best practices and quality standards are maintained. Additionally, you will lead project planning, resource estimation, and risk management activities, mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
