About The Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a specialized focus on Revenue Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) to join Forsys Inc. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions that align with enterprise goals.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and solution design for complex revenue management initiatives. Your expertise will enable clients to optimize their Quote-to-Cash processes, automate billing, and improve revenue recognition practices. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle while ensuring technical excellence and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 9 to 12 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, enterprise architecture, and CRM implementation. Proven expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ARM, CPQ, and Billing engines is essential.

Candidates should hold relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified System/Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or specialized certifications in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or CloudSense.



Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for engaging with executive stakeholders and technical teams. A demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver innovative solutions is required.

Additionally, candidates should have a deep understanding of advanced revenue management workflows, contract lifecycle management, and integration strategies involving ERP systems and middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

- Architecture & Solution Design: Lead the development of comprehensive Salesforce system architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. Design revenue management architectures leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud and ARM, incorporating best practices for performance and maintainability.
- ARM & Revenue Lifecycle Leadership: Take ownership of the technical aspects of Quote-to-Cash processes, including product catalog design, complex pricing models (subscription, usage-based, volume-based), order orchestration, automated billing, and revenue recognition.
- Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior client leadership to understand business needs, articulate technical solutions, and demonstrate platform value. Conduct gap analyses and facilitate design thinking workshops focusing on customer journey mapping and service blueprints.
- Technical Ownership & Documentation: Manage the full lifecycle of solution implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment. Create detailed technical documentation including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and architectural diagrams to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Integrations & Data Strategy:



Develop strategies for master data management, data migration, and enterprise application integration. Connect Salesforce ARM with ERP systems, middleware, and other upstream/downstream applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Hands-on Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding platform customization, scripting (AMPScript, SSJS), SQL queries, data extensions, triggers, and automation workflows. Ensure best practices are followed in all technical deliverables.
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead project delivery teams, manage resource planning, establish delivery timelines, perform effort estimations, and mentor team members. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes problem-solving and continuous improvement.
