Role Description This is a full-time Salesforce Developer role based in the Pune Division, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of onsite and work-from-home flexibility.

Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and enhancements aligned with business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Apex code; configuring Salesforce objects, workflows,



and security settings; and troubleshooting system issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure scalable, high-quality implementations.

Developer will also support system administration tasks, participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid Salesforce.com development skills, including Salesforce.com and Salesforce.com Development experience.
- Proficiency in user interface and component development using Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages.
- Hands-on Salesforce.com Administration capabilities, including configuration, customization, and user management.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, and REST/SOAP integrations, and familiarity with Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
- Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with distributed teams, and manage time and priorities independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
