Responsibilities

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards

- Lead development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools, setting coding standards and best practices

- Define and enforce data models, security frameworks, and compliance standards across Salesforce environments

- Tackle challenging technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns

- Champion DevOps practices, including automated testing, Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and workplace management

- Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and emerging technologies, guiding the team in adopting new features and tools

- Experience/Knowledge with Community Cloud/Vlocity (Omnistudio)- Omni scripts, dataraptors, Salesforce CPQ
