Role & responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

- Create and manage Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes.

- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, triggers, and Apex classes.

- Configure Salesforce objects,fields, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and integration activities using Data Loader and other tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Support Salesforce deployments, testing,



and release management activities.

- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development best practices.

- Salesforce Administration

- Apex Programming

- SOQL and SOSL

- Data Migration and Data Loader

- Salesforce Security Model

- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment processes.

- Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies.

- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
