C 1 Analyst-IT Cloud COE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator / Analyst with 3 years of experience to support our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role will work closely with governance, architecture, and platform teams to ensure smooth operations, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

- Assist in implementing and maintaining Salesforce governance standards across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

- Monitor system health, data quality, and platform usage using reports and dashboards

- Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as MuleSoft, ServiceNow, SAP, Splunk, Azure, and GCP

- Provide L2 user support and troubleshoot configuration, access, and automation issues

- Assist in conducting Salesforce Security Maturity Assessments using Health Check and internal frameworks

- Support initiatives to improve security scores and maturity levels through best practice implementation

- Assist with performance tuning and maintain system reliability and uptime

- Assist in the development and maintenance of Salesforce Security Governance policies, standards, and procedures





- Support release management activities, including testing and deployment validation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

- Maintain a centralized Knowledge Base documenting Salesforce usage across Lennox business processes, and update governance standards, support processes, and SOPs to ensure consistent operations

Required Skills Qualifications

- 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience

- Knowledge of objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards

- Understanding of Salesforce security model

- Basic knowledge of integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs)

- Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git) is a plus

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Must)

- Exposure to multi-org environments

- Basic knowledge of MuleSoft or integration platforms
