Position: Team Leader – Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Insurance Telecallers.

- Allocate daily calling targets and monitor team performance.

- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, leads, and policy conversions.

- Guide telecallers on insurance products, customer handling, and sales techniques.

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

- Provide coaching and training to improve team productivity.

- Track individual team member performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.

- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing sales.

- Coordinate with the Sales/Insurance department for policy processing.

- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain accurate records.

- Motivate the team and take corrective action wherever required.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance-related guidelines.

- Maintain discipline, attendance, and overall team productivity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
