Role & responsibilities

1. Identify and generate leads through catchment area activities, door-to-door marketing, field

surveys, and referral networks.
1. Visit field and achieve business targets on time with a strong drive for results.
2. Establish tie-ups for home and mortgage loan sourcing.
3. Ensure compliance with company KYC and process guidelines.
4. Conduct cold calls and follow up on prospective customers.
5. Participate in loan melas, market activation events, and field campaigns to promote Home Loans,

Loan Against Property (LAP), and SME Loans.
1. Educate potential customers on loan offerings, eligibility, repayment structures, and benefits.
2. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or sales tracking tools.
3. Submit daily MIS reports on leads generated, calls made, meetings attended, and file status.
4. Assist in collecting KYC and income documents from customers
5. Help complete loan applications and ensure accuracy of data entry.
6. Coordinate with credit and operations teams to track the progress of files.
7. Follow up on post-sanction requirements such as disbursements, documentation, and customer

queries.




1. Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit norms, and compliance standards.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse

internal and external stakeholders.
1. Basic Financial Acumen Understanding of housing finance and lending fundamentals.
2. Sales Orientation Enthusiastic about selling and meeting targets.
3. Communication Skills Robust verbal and written skills in English and regional languages.
4. Customer-Centric Attitude Empathetic, approachable, and trustworthy.
5. Willingness to Travel Open to field visits and rural/semi-urban assignments.
6. Adaptability & Learning Agility Quick to learn new systems, markets, and processes.
7. Team Player Collaborative attitude with internal teams and external partners.
8. Preferred background in retail, banking, insurance, or financial services
9. Willingness to travel daily is necessary
10. Owning a two wheeler is mandatory
