Vedatricks Technologies Private Limited (vedatricks.com) is a Bangalore-based technology company offering tech products, custom development, and IT services to Indian and global clients. We are building our in-house sales team and looking for Sales Trainees to start a career in B2B technology sales.

Role Overview

This is an on-ground role. You will spend your day cold calling and visiting businesses in your assigned area to generate leads and book meetings for the Sales Executive. No prior sales experience is needed - we train you.

This is a 6-month full-time traineeship. Trainees who meet their targets are offered a full time Sales Executive role at the end of six months, with a written path to that conversion from day one.

Working days: Monday to Saturday. Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore (field role across the city).

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make a high volume of cold calls daily to generate new leads
- Visit assigned business areas in person to meet prospects face to face
- Cover a daily field route - offices, business parks, and local markets
- Qualify leads and book demos for the Sales Executive
- Update every call, visit,



and lead status in the CRM the same day
- Meet weekly and monthly lead and meeting targets

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any stream; freshers are welcome
- Clear spoken English; Hindi and Kannada are a strong plus
- Comfortable with cold calling and walking into offices unannounced
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence - daily field travel is required
- Resilient - willing to hear "no" often and keep going
- Presentable and punctual when meeting business owners

Good to Have
- Any experience in field sales, tele-calling, or customer support
- Good knowledge of Bangalore's business areas and localities
