- Sales Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Inside Sales Trainer who can train, coach, and develop our sales team to improve their sales performance, communication, and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular training sessions for the Inside Sales team.

Develop and maintain effective training materials, presentations, modules, and sales resources.

Train employees on sales processes, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer engagement.

Help employees improve their sales pitch, communication, and closing techniques.

Conduct role plays, mock calls, call audits, and practical sales exercises.

Identify individual and team-level skill gaps and provide targeted coaching.

Handle training batches of approximately 20–30 employees.

Track training effectiveness and employee performance after training.

Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to understand performance gaps and create improvement plans.





Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve sales conversions and overall productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in an Inside Sales/B2C Sales environment.

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer handling, objection handling, and closing strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Robust presentation and facilitation skills.

Experience in creating and maintaining training materials.

Proven ability to manage and train a batch of 20–30 employees.

Good analytical and coaching skills.

Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
