Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries from travel partners, presenting suitable travel packages, and negotiating pricing and terms to close deals.

The Sales

Specialist will prepare quotations and proposals, maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and follow up on leads to maximize conversion. The role includes collaborating with operations and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery,



providing post-sales support to partners, and contributing to sales reports and forecasts.

Specialist may also participate in training sessions, trade events, or partner meetings to strengthen relationships and promote Z-Ocean Tours’ offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with travel partners and internal teams.
- Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and meet revenue targets.
- Training experience or aptitude to educate partners on products, services, and booking processes.
- Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online travel platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business is preferred.
