Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

The Sales

Specialist will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Daily tasks include product demonstrations, follow-ups on inquiries, preparing quotations,



and meeting sales targets while promoting DTPL’s portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle client queries effectively.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in IT hardware or related industries.
- Sales Management and Training capabilities to support sales planning, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, components, and peripherals; prior experience selling branded hardware such as Dell is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple accounts, and meet defined sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, and a willingness to learn new sales technologies.
