Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the daily activities of the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Track sales targets and prepare sales reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and product information.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and customer service departments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up activities.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales appointments.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and market analysis.
