About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Credit Card Sales Representatives to join our team at a mall kiosk. The role involves engaging with mall visitors, explaining credit card benefits, generating leads, and converting eligible customers into credit card applicants.

Key Responsibilities

- Approach and engage with customers visiting the mall.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Assist customers in completing the credit card application process.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications.
- Follow company guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful application processing.





We are looking for candidates who have:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to approach and interact with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, retail, banking, insurance or financial services will be an advantage.

Compensation & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
