Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Pre-Sales Executive to manage incoming leads and help convert enquiries into successful interior design projects.

- Manage and respond to incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website, referrals and other channels.
- Understand client requirements, budget, preferences and project timelines.
- Qualify leads and maintain regular follow-ups until conversion.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits and client meetings.
- Prepare and share project quotations based on client requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals and pending client decisions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the sales pipeline updated.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams throughout the sales process.
- Keep management updated on lead status, follow-ups and potential closures.
- Build solid relationships with prospective clients and assist in converting enquiries into actual interior projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, customer handling, interior design,



architecture or real estate.
- Candidates with interior design / architecture / real estate sales experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, CRM and quotation preparation.
- Highly organized, proactive and persistent.
- Ability to independently manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Comfortable speaking with clients, coordinating site visits and handling sales discussions.
- Strong interest in converting enquiries into actual projects.
- Willing to work from our Jayanagar, Bangalore office.
