Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, customer meetings, site visits, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, references, field visits, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Schedule and conduct customer meetings and site visits.

Explain company products/services and prepare quotations.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.

Coordinate with technical and installation teams when required.

Maintain records of leads, meetings, site visits, and sales activities.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.

Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

Experience in solar/renewable energy sales will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 2–5 years in Sales, Business Development, or a related field
