Job Title: Sales Officer Tea Division

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory in Raipur and surrounding markets.
- Manage distributors and expand the retailer network to increase market reach.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and improve market coverage.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution of trade schemes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collections and effective distributor stock management.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the company's tea portfolio.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the management.

Eligibility:
- Graduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in General Trade (GT) Sales.




- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Tea, Coffee, Dairy, Packaged Foods, or related industries preferred.
- Strong distributor management and retailer handling experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Candidates with experience handling Chhattisgarh/Raipur market will be preferred.
