- Generate leads through calls, referrals, online enquiries, events, and site visits.

- Contact prospective customers and understand their budget, location, and investment needs.

- Explain plot features, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, and legal approvals.

- Arrange and conduct site visits professionally.

- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.

- Negotiate within approved pricing and offer guidelines.

- Collect booking amounts and coordinate required customer documents.

- Work with the legal, finance, and operations teams to complete agreements, registrations, and handovers.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or sales reports.

- Meet monthly sales targets and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

- Build positive customer relationships and seek referrals.

- Stay updated on project inventory, competitors, market trends, and real-estate regulations.

- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
