Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners, and promoting the hospital’s services across healthcare, food, and laundry segments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting local market research, assisting in market planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives to drive patient footfall and service utilization. The role also includes preparing sales reports,



coordinating with internal departments to ensure consistent service messaging, and representing the hospital at community outreach, events, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and analytical skills to understand local healthcare needs and competition.
- Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to convert leads and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and coordination with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service-based industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales and marketing targets.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
