Position Sales Representative – Real Estate ? Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage real estate leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels. Understand customer requirements, budget and investment objectives.

Explain projects, specifications, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits to customers. Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings and project/site visits . Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Coordinate with developers and internal teams throughout the sales process. Negotiate and assist customers through the booking and closure process.

Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Stay updated on Bangalore's real estate market, upcoming projects and pricing trends.
