We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a robust background in Software Sales (ERP and HRMS solutions preferred), to lead and grow our sales team.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software / ERP / HRMS Sales.

- Proven experience in B2B software sales and business development.

- Previous experience in leading or managing a sales team.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-management skills.

- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.

- Experience conducting software demonstrations and client meetings.

- Strong sales planning, reporting, and pipeline-management skills.

- Willingness to take ownership of both individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Drive B2B sales of ERP, HRMS, Payroll, Accounting,



and other business software solutions.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.

- Conduct and oversee product demonstrations and client presentations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.

- Set individual and team targets and track performance against KPIs.

- Coach and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and conversion rates.

- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

- Handle key accounts and participate in negotiations with senior decision-makers.

- Work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
