About the Role

We are seeking a target-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, store-level operations, and strategic territory expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for driving store profitability, building local channel partnerships, managing frontline teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships across your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Franchise Relation Management: Oversee store-level profit and loss, enforce standard operating procedures across locations, and ensure monthly revenue targets are consistently met.
- Business Development: Execute hyper-local marketing initiatives, drive residential community outreach, and manage neighborhood promotional campaigns to build catchment awareness.
- Strategic Partnerships:



Identify and tie up with complementary local businesses, including luxury boutiques, salons, and premium retail establishments, to drive cross-promotional leads.
- Team Training & Operations: Hire, train, and manage field sales executives and store operational staff to ensure smooth daily workflows and transparent communication across channels.
- Data Analysis & CRM: Analyze sales performance data, track customer acquisition metrics, and manage customer relationship initiatives to maximize repeat business and long-term retention.
