About Swadisha

Swadisha is a premium Indian Ready To Cook & Ready to Eat brand specializing in authentic curry pastes and convenient Indian meal solutions. We are looking to expand our pan India domestic distribution.

- Find and develop new customers, distributors, retailers and business partners across India.
- Expand Swadisha’s presence in current cities and markets.
- Generate sales leads through market visits, networking, referrals and other channels.
- Meet potential customers, present products and close sales.
- Build and maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets and institutional buyers.
- Manage existing customers and distributors to generate repeat orders and increase sales.
- Plan and coordinate product sampling, in-store promotions, demos and other sales activities.
- Work with retail stores and marketing teams to improve product visibility and sales.
- Track sales, orders, payments, stock and market feedback.
- Keep track of competitor products, pricing and market trends.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Travel across India as required for customer meetings and market development.





Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Domestic Sales, FMCG, Food & Beverage or a similar industry.
- Experience in sales, distributor management and customer acquisition.
- Good understanding of the Indian FMCG market and distribution network.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to find new customers and convert leads into sales.
- Experience with retail stores, modern trade or institutional sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel across India.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is sales-focused, proactive and comfortable working independently. The person should be able to find new customers, build distribution, manage relationships and help grow Swadisha’s business across India.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and capabilities.

Pay: ₹14,349.84 - ₹57,089.45 per month
