Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Florence Estates is looking for a dynamic, experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle clients from enquiry to successful property closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, manage and convert real estate sales leads.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
- Present suitable plots, residential flats, commercial properties and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective buyers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Stay updated on current projects, pricing, offers and real estate market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and lead follow-up reports.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve overall business objectives.
- Candidates with team-handling or sales leadership experience will be preferred.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Professional attitude and willingness to work in a competitive sales environment.
- Knowledge of the Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula real estate market will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can independently handle clients and close property deals are preferred.
