- Acquire new clients for the company's OOH media portfolio through cross-selling.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Retain and grow existing client accounts.

- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain regular sales updates.

- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.

- Prepare and participate in weekly sales review meetings.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

- Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and ensure smooth execution.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections from clients.

Skills and Competencies:

- 4-5 years of experience in B2B media sales, preferably Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising.

- Candidates from media sales, advertising,



event & activation industries with strong client relationships may also be considered.

- Strong business development, client acquisition, negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive cross-selling initiatives.

- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Fluent in English, Hindi and the local language.

- Strong written and verbal business communication.

- Preference for candidates with stable career progression and field sales experience.
