We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and support business growth. Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn sales strategies, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions

- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers

- Support customer retention and long-term business relationships





- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional and lead-generation activities

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

- Provide regular updates on sales progress and opportunities

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Customer-focused and professional approach

- Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities

- Self-motivated and target-oriented

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
