Role Description The Sales Manager - individual will be responsible for generating and managing home loan and LAP leads, meeting prospective customers, and explaining housing finance products in alignment with company policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur, involving regular field visits, relationship building with channel partners, and participation in local marketing activities. The role includes assisting customers through the loan application process, collecting and verifying required documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for timely processing and approval.

The Sales

Executive will track sales targets,



prepare periodic sales reports, and provide feedback from the market to help refine products and processes. Maintaining good standards of customer service and adhering to regulatory and company compliance requirements are core aspects of the position.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals in housing finance or related financial services.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial products in a explicit and respectful manner.
- Basic financial and analytical skills to assess customer eligibility, understand loan criteria, and interpret documentation.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and working knowledge of English; familiarity with the Tiruppur market or surrounding regions is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site and in the field, with strong time management, self-motivation, and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or retail financial products is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline; relevant certifications in finance or sales are a plus.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and digital tools used for sales reporting and customer data management.
