Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive new business development and revenue growth for Decode Mediacom. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching agency services, and converting leads into long-term business relationships across branding, design, film, content, and digital.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research
- Pitch Decode's services (branding, design, film, content, website) to prospective clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; track leads from prospecting to closure
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, working closely with the founders on deal closures
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities




- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Film, Content, Client Servicing) to ensure smooth handover post-sale
- Track and report on sales targets, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking meets, and client meetings

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably within an advertising, branding, or creative agency
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the creative/marketing agency ecosystem (branding, digital, film/content production)
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle end-to-end
- Existing network of marketing/brand decision-makers is a plus
