Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end client acquisition and servicing for CT25's digital marketing and studio services — contacting prospects, following up on leads, attending studio booking enquiries and converting them into confirmed clients. Prepare proposals, quotations and invoices, and track payments and receivables. Own complete client onboarding and ongoing account management, acting as the single point of contact for all onboarded clients.
Coordinate between clients and internal creative, marketing and production teams to ensure deliverables go out on time and to brief. Maintain day-to-day accounts, day-end finance and production reports, and monthly sales, income and expense reports for management.
