Job Title: Sales Manager – Events & Corporate Partnerships

Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in hotel sales, event sales, catering, hospitality, or corporate partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving event and corporate sales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate business opportunities with hotels, event venues, wedding planners, corporate clients, and other partners.
- Pitch services and close sales for weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and other events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
- Develop customized proposals and pricing packages based on client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings when required.




- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
- Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Event Sales, Hotel Sales, Catering Sales, Hospitality Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Existing network in the hospitality or events industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and opportunities.
- Willingness to attend events or client meetings outside regular working hours when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in F&B;, catering, event management, or experiential services.
- Connections with wedding planners, hotel banquet teams, event organizers, or corporate clients.
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
