? We're Hiring: Sales Manager – West (Pune) ?

? Location: Pune | ? Industry: Resistance Welding Machine Manufacturing | ? Experience: 10+ Years

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with solid exposure ONLY in Automotive & preferably in BIW (Body-in-White), capital equipment sales, and the automotive industry to drive growth across OEM and Tier-1/Tier-2 accounts in the West region.

What you'll do:

✅ Build and manage relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 customers





✅ Drive new account development + grow existing business

✅ Own the sales pipeline and hit monthly/quarterly/yearly targets

✅ Lead technical-commercial discussions and proposal presentations

✅ Coordinate with Engineering/Application teams for custom solutions

✅ Track upcoming projects and customer expansion plans

What we need:

? B.E./Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Mechatronics

? 10+ years in capital equipment / machinery sales, Only in Automotive & Preferably BIW.

? Strong technical-commercial acumen

? Willingness to travel extensively.
