Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Vishakhapatnam amd Sorrounding districts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for institutional finance sales within the region, managing relation with educational institutions, and channel partners. Daily responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, meeting and exceeding sales targets,



and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills, preferably in financial services or education finance.
- Experience in channel management, including working with aggregators, intermediaries, and institutional partners.
- Proficiency in customer service, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with the ability to handle diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of basic financial concepts, credit processes, and compliance in NBFC or banking environments
- Experience in School Funding and LAP products.
