Position: AM - Lifestyle Division (WELLNESS SBU)

Exp: 5 - 10 years

Location : Bangalore Corporate office

:

- Drive cross-domain solution sales by developing recent business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts across multiple business areas.
- Understand client requirements through direct interactions and translate their needs into customized, value-driven proposals.




- Collaborate with external partners across insurance, healthcare, facility management, and other relevant domains to develop integrated solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships through regular visits and ongoing engagement.
- Prepare basic deal-level P&L; estimates and monitor financial contributions against assigned budgets.
- Maintain and update shared trackers to ensure clear visibility of business progress and activities across the team.
- Work as a versatile generalist with the ability to understand and manage requirements across multiple business domains rather than specializing in a single area.

Performance Metrics: - * Revenue / Gross Profit achievement vs. annual target.

- Number of new client wins per quarter
- % of deals combining 2+ business domains (cross-sell ratio)
- Proposal-to-close conversion rate
