Role & responsibilities

- Visit factories and industrial customers to identify requirements for silicone products, gaskets, tubing, profiles, seals, etc.
- Meet Maintenance, Purchase, Engineering and Production teams.
- Understand the customer's requirement and identify the suitable product.
- Visit the site and take measurements of existing gaskets, seals, tubing, profiles, etc. wherever required.
- Take product samples/dimensions and coordinate with the internal team for product development or selection.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Regularly follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending orders.
- Develop recent industrial customers and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify repeat/business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the customer and internal team until order confirmation and delivery.
- Be willing to travel regularly within the assigned industrial belt.
- Learn the technical aspects and applications of silicone and gasket products.
