Manage the overall upkeep of sales gallery and work with a large team of customer facing executives to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Keep project operations team focused on the critical components of operations to drive customer satisfaction.
- Make the sales gallery operational plans.
- To manage the sales gallery operations F&B; service, front-desk, cleanliness, maintenance on a daily basis
- Ensure that all operational areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall customer experience.
- To check AV room lightings & smooth operation of Sales Gallery
- To take around of the entire sales office and sample flat in the morning before the operations start to check if there are any H/K, admin related flaws and ensure to inform the concerned department about any technical issues.




- Take morning briefing before the operations start with the security team, valet, F & B team to discuss daily appointments.
- Ensure that SOPs are in place for each area and are being followed by the team.
- Manage all outsourced vendors and their staff at site.
- Coordinate with departments like Design, Procurement, Security, MEP etc. for maintenance of the sales gallery.
- Handle day to day activities happening at sales galleries. Audit and ensure all sales galleries upkeep is maintained

Skills & Competencies: Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure; Excellent customer service orientation. Practice:10+ years of experience with hotels or real estate companies
