Job Title: Sales Executive Wellness & Skincare (Female Candidates Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Call and convert warm leads generated from Meta, Google, YouTube, and Instagram
- Follow up consistently with interested customers via WhatsApp and phone
- Understand customer concerns and recommend the right Yuvaap program or Trehi Organics product
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead status in CRM/spreadsheets
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle objections professionally and build lasting customer trust
- Share campaign and lead-quality feedback with the marketing team
- Log customer feedback to continuously improve the sales approach
- Support with simple reels/videos for social media or testimonials when needed

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable driving sales over phone and WhatsApp
- Working knowledge of social media platforms




- Ability to shoot/edit easy mobile reels using common apps
- Positive, coachable attitude
- Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

- 25 years in sales, telesales, counselling, or customer support
- Prior experience selling wellness, fitness, skincare, education, or digital products
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business
