Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with 0-1 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting

IT products and services to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target recent business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach
- Engage with prospects via phone,email and social media to schedule meetings and demos
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of saes activities and customer interactions in CRM System
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions
- Present and demonstrate IT products and services to prospects.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.




- Prepare and deliver sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competition, and the latest IT products.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer

satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and follow-up on post-sale activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in IT sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of IT products and services (software, cloud, networking, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
