About the Role The Asian Kid is looking for an outgoing, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Nepali, have solid sales and communication skills, and be comfortable engaging with parents and prospective customers.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the EdTech, Education, or related industry, with a proven ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and drive conversions.

This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries from prospective parents and customers.
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers at different stages of the sales funnel.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.

Lead Management

- Manage and maintain leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead nurturing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Customer Engagement

- Build trust and rapport with parents and prospective customers.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition, course structure, fees, and learning outcomes.




- Address customer queries and objections effectively.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Reporting & Collaboration

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
- Share regular updates and reports with the management team.
- Work closely with the Academic and Operations teams to ensure smooth conversion and onboarding.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, or a related industry is preferred.
- Fluency in Nepali is mandatory.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving conversions.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable handling sales calls and communicating with parents/customers.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
