Role Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in real estate sales to generate leads, conduct site visits, convert prospects and achieve sales targets for SPS Realty projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle leads and enquiries generated through digital marketing, telecalling, channel partners, references and other sources.

● Understand customer requirements including budget, location preference, property type and purchase timeline.

● Present and explain project features, USPs, amenities, pricing, payment plans, offers and availability.

● Conduct and coordinate site visits and provide customers with a complete project experience.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and move leads through the sales funnel towards booking.

● Build strong relationships with prospective customers and identify their buying and investment requirements.

● Handle customer queries, negotiations and objections professionally.





● Coordinate with the CRM, telecalling, marketing and project teams to ensure smooth lead management and customer experience.

● Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, site visit and booking records in the CRM.

● Follow up with old, inactive and potential leads for reconversion opportunities.

● Develop and maintain a strong customer pipeline to achieve assigned sales targets.

● Participate in project launches, customer meets, events and promotional activities.

● Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, competition and market conditions.

● Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and booking targets.

● Submit regular sales and lead conversion reports to the reporting manager.
