What you'll manage

- Handle enquiries, leads and walk-in customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
- Present vehicles and coordinate test drives
- Negotiate pricing and close sales
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with finance, insurance and documentation teams




- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise conversions

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales

• Experience in premium/luxury car sales will be preferred

- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills

• Fluent in English & Hindi spoken and written (Gujarati will be an added advantage)

- Confident, well-groomed and professional personality

• Understanding of vehicle finance, insurance and documentation

• Valid four-wheeler driving licence (will be plus point)

• Good knowledge of CRM, computers and WhatsApp Business

- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives
