Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models. Provide complete information about features, price, EMI options, and accessories.
Conduct test rides and follow up on leads. Explain finance and insurance options available. Assist in booking and documentation processes. Regularly follow up with potential and booked customers. Update daily sales reports and maintain lead records.
Coordinate with the delivery, service, and finance teams for smooth processing. Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in promotional and sales campaigns.
Key Skills &
Qualifications: Graduate . 2 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales . Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel) Passion for automobiles and customer service.
