– Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Kochi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune,Punjab, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, & Lucknow Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Head Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop new dealers, distributors, OEMs, and institutional customers. Generate new business opportunities and expand the market.

Conduct market surveys and identify new growth opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, consultants, and customers. Regularly visit customers and understand their requirements.

Promote company products and increase brand awareness. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and orders. Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and CRM updates.

Submit daily visit reports and monthly sales reports. Follow up for outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team. Maintain strong product knowledge and attend company training programs. Key KPIs Sales target achievement.





Current dealer/distributor appointments. New customer acquisition. Payment collection efficiency. Customer retention and satisfaction. Timely CRM and sales reporting. Qualification &

Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage. 2–5 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in water treatment, pumps, plumbing, or industrial products. Dealer/distributor management experience preferred.

Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Valid driving license.
