Experience: Minimum 4 & up to 6 years

Qualification: Any graduate in discipline; Business, Marketing, Music or Arts preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive Retail Sales who can drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending the right musical instruments, accessories, and solutions. The role involves customer handling, product demonstrations, follow-ups, relationship management, and achieving sales targets across retail and B2B segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned individual sales targets through customer engagement, prospecting, follow-ups, and closures.
- Handle walk-in customers, repeat buyers, and B2B accounts to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, music teachers, academies, and institutions.
- Promote and cross-sell musical instruments, accessories, rentals, AMC and other relevant services.
- Provide accurate product information, demonstrations, comparisons, and recommendations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure opportunities are converted into sales.
- Record customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Identify opportunities for repeat purchases, renewals, and additional sales.




- Coordinate with logistics, service, stores, and rental teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Support store-level sales campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience in every interaction.
