We’re Hiring | Patient Engagement & Sales Executive – AI Dental Screening

We are looking for an energetic and confident Patient Engagement & Sales Executive to join our team and represent our AI-powered dental screening service at a leading mall.

What you’ll do

- Engage with mall visitors and introduce them to our AI dental screening technology
- Assist customers with the scanning process
- Explain the screening results and encourage them to take the next step
- Generate leads and convert interested visitors into dental appointments
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer information
- Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation and appointment-conversion targets
- Represent the brand professionally and create a positive customer experience

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement,



retail, healthcare, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable and comfortable approaching new people
- Target-oriented and persuasive
- Ability to work independently in a mall workplace
- Basic knowledge of computers/tablets

Freshers with excellent communication and a strong sales attitude can also apply.
