Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support sales operations and customer communication. The role involves handling both backend coordination and tele calling activities to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Explain products and services to customers and generate sales leads
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems regularly
- Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and dispatch documentation
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts,



and Quality teams for timely order execution.
- Provide administrative and operational support

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.

Experience:

- 1 to 3 years in Sales

Language Proficiency:

- Gujarati (Fluent), Hindi (Fluent), English (Preferred)

Required Skills:

- Proven sales experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of email handling and CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
