We are a premium lab-grown diamond jewellery brand catering to customers in India and internationally. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who can convert online enquiries into customers through excellent communication, prompt follow-ups, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to all leads generated through Meta Ads and our marketing campaigns.
- Handle all Instagram DMs and WhatsApp enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Call potential customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the buying process.
- Share jewellery catalogues, product images, videos, certificates, and pricing with customers.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects until closure.
- Build customer trust by explaining diamond quality, certifications, customization options, and company policies.
- Maintain proper records of conversations and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling online customer enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Good understanding of diamonds and jewellery (preferred). Candidates willing to learn quickly will also be considered.
- Solid follow-up skills and ability to build customer relationships.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.




- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram Business, Google Sheets/CRM, and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Jewellery Sales, Luxury Retail, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in converting social media and digital marketing leads into sales will be an added advantage.

Work Arrangement

- Initial 1–2 months: Work from our office in Chandni Chowk, Delhi, for training and onboarding.
- Thereafter: Opportunity to work from home based on performance, discipline, and sales results.

Compensation

- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
- Attractive performance-based incentives for achieving sales targets.

What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and genuinely enjoys interacting with customers. The ideal candidate should be able to nurture leads, maintain regular follow-ups, and convert enquiries into satisfied customers while delivering a premium buying experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
